OMG you finally have a blog. :-)

What awful thing have you done to that poor monkey? Or was it the other way round?

I did it! Can you believe it?! To tell the truth, I opened this account so I can leave comments on some blogs that only allow other bloggers or some such. I don't think I have the discipline for a blog...but I dearly love the Daily Picture Blogs, a window on other people's worlds, reading their stories - something I loved since I was a child. Who knows? Maybe the blogger bug bites me.

Anyway, there is a huge monkey pit with a big monkey mountain with lots of little monkeys at the Basel Zoo. This was my first (and only) picture I took with the then new big zoom lens. It's my favorite picture so far. Somebody dropped that hat into the pit (twasn't me I swear!). A tug of war was going on. This one was the winner. For a minute or two. I was watching them for about one hour. Hilarious. I love his little hands!

Thanks for visiting, Ming ^-^ !

This is hysterical. I know I shouldn't laugh and come running to pull it off him, but I can't help it. Really brightened up my day.

Ha ha! That is so funny! I was hoping someone didn't put it on him, then I saw your comment above. It must have been amusing to watch!! That's a great shot!

Hehe, it's seems a bit mean but I LOVE it!!! So funny. You have a good eye to capture those kind of scenes!

Oh, he put that hat on his head all by himself! Even had a hard time to do so. If you click on the picture and then on the previous picture-icons of the photostream, you can see a good part of the chase. They had fun for days, I'm sure!
